Pinocchio Back on Track
Pinocchio looked like it was in trouble when it lost it’s director Paul Thomas Anderson, but it has not took too long to find a replacement, and that has come in the form of Ron Howard.
Bringing a fairy tale to life may be a first for Ron Howard, however he does have experience in the fantasy genre with films such as Willow and Splash! in the 1980’s which seems like a pretty solid base to build on for a movie of this type.
Robert Downey Jr. is set to star as Geppetto who will be the focal point of the story. Geppetto will be on the search for Pinocchio trying to find the wooden puppet who he claims as his very own son.
Although no date has been set for release expect Robert Downey Jr. to find this movie between his Marvel Cinematic Universe movies playing the man he was put on this Earth to play – Tony Stark!
