Started from winning Best Brazilian Feature Film by Jury at the Festival Mix in Brazil (Nov/2014) Gazelle: The Love Issue recently finished its terrifically successful two year festival journey at the North Hollywood International Film Festival where the film won Best Documentary Feature Award (Apr/2016).
Directed by Cesar Terranova, Gazelle: The Love Issue, tells the story of Paulo who is a 45-year-old Brazilian flight attendant. He is internationally famous in the after-hours world for the fabulous persona he has worked tirelessly to create – his artistic alter-ego, Gazelle. Paulo is HIV+ but never got sick before and now he sees his own life is in danger for the first time… This stimulates him to start exploring what really matters in his life.
Gazelle: The Love Issue has been getting terrific responses from the festival circuit and soon will be released on DVD and streaming platforms.
