I am an LA based Russian born entertainment journalist. Growing up in Siberia I always had a passion for Theatre Arts and Film, but at the same time I have always truly loved writing. From the time I was just 14 years old I became the editor of the school news paper.
After Graduating from the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in Moscow, I moved to New York to explore and to attend a One-Year Acting Program at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. While living in NYC I began to write a life-style blog and shortly after, was offered a position as a columnist at the Russian Online magazine “Lifedelights”. Since then I have been writing for several online and printed Russian magazines. The main focus of my writing has been about entertainment events and interviews with iconic people in the field.
I am a founder of the “Girls in the Universe,” a Russian blog that focuses on life abroad with over 50 bloggers all over the world. I also currently work at the New York Film Academy as a web content developer and I write for both the English and Russian NYFA Blogs.
