It’s harder to talk about myself than to discuss movies, but I’ll try my best to explain where this love of movies comes from…

I remember the first time that I was amazed by a movie: I went to a local theater to watch The Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers. I was 8 years old and, to this day, it’s still one of my favorite movies of all time and I can never get tired of watching the (extended) trilogy. However, that was just the beginning … Around 2012 I started watching movies in a different perspective: I started analyzing them, caring more about the characters, the plot, the actors, the director, CGI (special effects, basically), until I got to a point where I had very different arguments than most people.

And here comes in IMDb, RottenTomatoes, Metacritic and mainly Youtube. Yes, Youtube is a big influence in my life, it’s not just some website to watch funny videos, nowadays it’s actually a business. Being a Youtuber became a job and these people inspired me so much, not only in movies, but in music, sports and so much more. Chris Stuckmann, Jeremy Jahns and theFLICKpick are some of the reviewers that I follow everyday and I take their opinion very seriously.

I’ve been thinking of creating a blog since last year, but only now I got the determination to actually build it … Why? Well, reviewing a movie or a TV show became something I need instead of just only something I liked a lot. With this project, I hope to reach every fan that can relate to my perspective and inspire them the same way others did with me.

Until I achieve that, I’ll keep doing what I love: watching the best movies and TV shows of this amazing era that we’re living in.
